The MLL Major League Division (8 teams) will have one 12-National team made up of players aged 11 & 12. This team will play in the National tournament that leads to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. This team will also be entered into local weekend tournaments through the beginning of August.
In addition, there will be both 11 'National' and 10 'National' All-Star teams that will play in a Little League District, then possibly Sectional, and State level tournament in late June and July. These teams will also participate in weekend tournaments during July and into the beginning of August.
MLL will also have additional All-Star 'American' teams made up of 10, 11 and 12 year old players that will be scheduled to play in weekend tournaments from late June into early August.
Finally, the Farm & Junior Minor League's 8 & 9 year old All-Star teams are scheduled to play in weekend tournaments in southeastern Massachusetts through the beginning of August. We will typically field 8 'National' and 9 'National' teams along with a 9u 'American'. Our 9 'National' team will also participate in the Jimmy Fund league, which plays other teams in District 7 with the goal of raising money for the Jimmy Fund.

There are NO tryouts for players
There is an 'in season' *nomination* process with evaluations conducted during the course of the regular season.
Not 'all' players will make an all star team.
*nominated players are not guaranteed a spot on an All-Star team
